60 Year Old Delivers Twins!

A 60 year old women in western Canada has given birth to twins. The Women and her new born are reportedly absolutely fine. Ranjit Hayer is the name of this women and she has become mother for the first time. Becoming a mother was her life's greatest desire.
About 10 years back, Ranjit and her husband had been to India and paid a doctor for in vitro fertilization but unfortunately the doctor disappeared with their money. The couple then returned to Canada, worked and saved their money once again for the same IVF treatment but were refused the treatment because of Ranjit's over age. The couple was then again compelled to return to India and once again try their luck. This time Ranjit's luck worked-she got donor eggs last year and became pregnant with triplets.
One of Ranjit's embryos had to be terminated for certain medical reasons and she suffered with high blood pressure and diabetes because of the pregnancy with twins. Yet she overcame all these pains and hardships and seven weeks ago gave birth to twin babies at the Foothills hospital in Alberta, Canada.
